Welcome! We are excited that you are reaching out of help - that’s a wonderful first step towards your recovery and healing. Kam is looking forward to meeting with you soon. You are welcome to book in to see Kam in clinic, face to face or online via telehealth.
You do not need a referral to see Kam as a private client, however, if you are wanting to obtain a Medicare rebate, you will need to see your GP to set up a Mental Health Care Plan and referral - these can be emailed or faxed to our clinic ahead of your appointment.
Please ensure that you have a provided a current valid referral if you are claiming rebates via Medicare. Whilst we will help to process these rebates, it is your responsibility to keep track of the number of sessions you have accessed under your referral. Our clinic cannot be responsible for rebates that fail to process if you have used up all eligible sessions. If you have any questions or concerns, you can call Medicare directly to check your referral and number of sessions.
