Michelle, our administration support staff member, will be available to take your calls and respond to emails, however please note that our reception is not staffed fulltime and there may be a delay in returning your enquiry and any voicemails or emails may be responded to the next business day. Please keep mindful of our 48 business hours' notice period for cancellation.
Our cancellation notice period is based on full business hours (8.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday) of when notification is received, therefore excludes weekends.
For example: 2 Business Days (48 hours' notice) means that if your appointment is on 1PM on Monday, you would need to let us know of cancellation before 1PM on Thursday of the proceeding week.
