Our Reception hours are 8.30am-12.30pm (Monday to Friday).

Michelle, our administration support staff member, will be available to take your calls and respond to emails during this time frame. Any voicemails or emails received outside of these hours will be responded to the next business day. Reception can be reached by calling 07 35060234 or emailing admin@restoredwellbeing.com

Please keep mindful of our 48 business hours' notice period for cancellation. 

Our cancellation notice period is based on full business hours (8.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday) of when notification is received, therefore excludes weekends.

  • For example:  2 Business Days (48 hours' notice) means that if your appointment is on 1PM on Monday, you would need to let us know of cancellation before 1PM on Thursday of the proceeding week.
